Primary Objective:
To conduct treatments to the highest professional standard and in line with SkinPhD guidelines, with due care, attention and sensitivity to a client’s needs. Maintaining and delivering superior customer service and aftercare.
Performing of the following treatments:
Facials (with and without electrical equipment, according to distributor guidelines), Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures (including gel on toes), Body Treatments (with or without electrical equipment, according to distributor guidelines), Massages (Aromatherapy, Sports, Hot Stone, etc.).

Cut, Blow Wave, Colour, Foils, Keratin Treatments & Extensions (knowledge will be an advantage). Able to work on all hair types, including kids. Must be familiar with the different hair brands e.g., Loreal, Redken, Kerastase, Pureology (although training is provided).

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are adhered to.
- Brief staff daily.
- All customers should be treated with 6-star service and any customer complaints must be handled immediately and with great care.
- Document all meetings weekly and staff must sign that they attended the meeting.
- Ensure communication to staff, Co- workers, and other managers.
- Keep the team abreast of all operational functions and changes.
- Manage targets and financing of store- managers must give daily/weekly feedback on individual performances and stores. If staff is behind target, it’s the manager’s responsibility to ensure that the staff member gets back on track.
- Ensure that banking is done on a weekly basis.
- Managing, controlling and order of Equipment and Stock (Retail & Professional)
- Recruitment, select, and manage induction of new staff.
- Manage the performance, training, and up skill development of all staff.
- Performance appraisals should be done twice a year in February and August.
- Ensure that the staff understand the Disciplinary code and conduct as per Labour Law.
- Promote the organisation and its values.
- Motivate Staff
- Managing the use of physical resources for Marketing and Advertisement
- Plan and manage the control of hygiene and cleanliness of the store- please follow SOP checklists.
- Manage themselves and their Professional Development
- All HR discussions and documentations must be kept on HR file, it is vital that staff sign all documentation and that it is properly discussed.
