Theresa Niemand

Theresa is the passion behind the SkinPhD brand and with over twenty years’ experience in the beauty sector, is involved in the day to operations of not only SkinPhD Head Office, as the Operations Director, but also two of the top performing SkinPhD Franchises.

Theresa joined a beauty franchise group in 1998 and over a 10-year period rose through the ranks from managing local and regional sales to being promoted to a national sales manager role after just 5 years with the company. It was here that Theresa learnt to combine her passion for customer satisfaction with a solid business acumen and in 2008 she took the entrepreneurial step in starting her own franchised salon.

After six successful years she pioneered the SkinPhD brand and the establishment of the first four SkinPhD franchises. This footprint has since grown to twelve franchises and is well positioned to grow further.

Theresa’s commitment and dedication to family is shown with her Daughter Jeanine and daughter in law Annibe both actively involved in the Skin PhD group.

Giving her customers a complete beauty experience remains Theresa’s passion and she can be found in her salons daily chatting with customers as her team strive to enhance their natural beauty.
